Ingredients

  1. 250 gmspotatoes
  2. 1 cupchopped carrot
  3. 1 cupchopped capsicum
  4. 1 cupchopped beans
  5. 1 cupgreen peas
  6. 1 cupchopped coriander leaves
  7. 1 tablespoonlemon juice
  8. to tastesalt
  9. 1 tablespoongaram masala powder
  10. 1 tablespoonred chilli powderr
  11. 1 tablespoonsugar
  12. 1 teaspoonsesame seeds
  13. 1 cupall purpose flour slurry
  14. 1 tsp oil
  15. As requiredGreen food colour
  16. 1 cupVermicelli sev
  17. 1 cupbread crumbs
  18. 1 tablespooncornflour

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take potato boil and mashed.Cook all vegetables.cook par boiled,add in potato paste.Mix it well.Add all spices,add cornflour and bread crumbs for binding.

    Add chopped coriander leaves.make small rolls.Make all purpose flour slurry.Add food colour.

    Add rolls in slurry.Wrapped roll in vermicelli sev.Put in hot oil for deep fry till golden brown.

    Serve with tomato sauce.
