Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsflour (250g)
  2. 2eggs
  3. 11/2 cupmilk
  4. 1/2 cupsugar
  5. 90 gmelted butter
  6. 1 tbspbaking powder
  7. 1 tspvanilla essence

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Sift together all the dry ingredients and set aside

  2. 2

    Beat eggs until light and frothy

  3. 3

    Add melted butter,milk and vanilla to the egg.

  4. 4

    Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix.Do not over mix

  5. 5

    Heat waffle maker and cook untill crispy

  6. 6

    Allow to cool on a rack before serving.
