  1. 1 kgflour
  2. 60 gsugar
  3. 80 gbutter
  4. 1 1/2 tbspactive yeast
  5. 2eggs
  6. 2 cupswarm water
  7. 1tbps flavour
  8. Pinchsalt

    In a bowl, sift four, add yeast, sugar, salt, flavour and give it a quick mix

  2. 2

    Whisk eggs into 2 cups of warm water and mix with flour to form a dough, add butter knead well

  3. 3

    Rub some butter on a surface and mould. Arrange on a tray and cover to let it rise for about 30mins

  4. 4

    Pour oil on a pan and set on fire, drop in oil and fry till golden brown

  5. 5

    Coat with sugar or stuff jam inside and enjoy😋😋
