  2. 2&1/2 tbsp all purpose flour
  3. 1 tbspoil to cook
  4. as neededOil to fry

    Grate potatoes and wash into water and drain water thoroughly. Then add 1 tbsp oil into pan add potatoes and saute for 4 minutes in low and medium flame. Keep aside for 2 minutes. Add flour, ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder to potato and

    Make a dough. Take small amount of dough and give a shape.
