  1. 3medium-size potatoes (use enough for what you want lol)

    Peal potatoes

    Grate the potatoes

  3. 3

    Mix the egg by itself. Make sure it's nice and watery

  4. 4

    Stir egg and potatoes then add cheese and stir more

  5. 5

    Form the hash browns with your hands. Squeeze the juice out. Make sure it has the right consistency. Not too gooey and wet

  6. 6

    Butter/grease the sheet. Bake at 380• for 10 min then flip with steel flipper. Then 10 more min
