Cooking Instructions

Take whole cabbage leaves and wash them properly

Now boil water in a big vessel, add the cabbage leaves and let them cook a little

Cook them, until it changes it's colour and becomes little soft, then take them out in a strainer

On the other hand prepare the stuffing, gather all the ingredients at one place like chopped onions, garlic, ginger, green chilli, tricolour bell peppers, oregano, chilli flakes and italian seasoning

Heat butter in a pan and first put garlic, saute for few seconds, then add ginger and green chilli, saute again for few seconds, then add onions, saute for a minute, then add moong sprouts, saute for 2 - 3 minutes

Now add tricolour bell peppers, mix nicely, cook for 2 - 3 minutes, then add salt, oregano, chilli flakes and italian seasoning

Mix well, then switch off the gas and add chopped coriander, grated cheese and tomato chilli sauce, mix them nicely, the stuffing is ready

Now take one cabbage leaf and place it on a surface, then it some stuffing mixture in the center and fold it from all the sides

Seal the ends properly with a toothpick, in this way prepare the other rolls too

Now heat water in a big vessel for steaming, place a big strainer over it and put the ready rolls in the strainer

Cover the lid and steam for 15 minutes, after steaming it will look like this

The leaves will become transparent, you can see the stuffing from outside only, arrange them in a serving plate and serve hot with any sauce or you can have it as it is
