Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cupwhole wheat flour
  2. 1 tspdry yeast
  3. 1-1/2 teaspoonssugar
  4. 1/2-1 cuppizza sauce
  5. 1-2 cupsshredded mozzarella cheese
  6. 1/2Onion sliced
  7. 1/2tomato sliced
  8. 1/2green chilli sliced
  9. as requiredBlack pepper as per taste
  10. as requiredPizza seasoning
  11. 1 cupboiled rice or fried rice

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take warm water, sugar and dry yeast and give a quick mix.allow it to rest for 5 minutes.

    now add wheat flour, salt and olive oil.

    knead the dough adding water as required.

    tuck the dough and form to a ball. place in a large mixing bowl.

    Cover rest and rise in a warm place for about 2 hours.

    punch the dough with fist to release down the air.

    Place the dough on dusted pizza plate or tray.

    flatten the dough by stretching with both hands.

    further, leaving a cm or more and create a dent.

    then prick with centre of dough with the help of fork.

    furthermore, spread pizza sauce generously leaving the sides slightly.

    Then spread fried rice. And add toping onion, chilli, tomato.then spread grated cheese and sprinkle pizza seasonings.

    Further, bake at 500 degrees fahrenheit for about 12 - 15 minutes.

    finally, slice and serve pizza hot.
