Lemon slush with Jamun compote

Made a combo of lemon and Jamun which goes very well
Cooking Instructions

For slush- In a mixer jar, crush ice cubes, lemon juice and sugar together.

Put in serving glasses and keep in fridge.

For the compote- Deseed the jamuns.
- 4
In a non-stick pan, take jamuns, sugar and lemon juice and cook till the Jamun softens and it thickens a bit.

Cool and room temperature and then keep in fridge for 2-3 hrs.

To serve- Put the compote on the prepared slush and garnish with mint leaves and lemon slice, serve immediately.

I like black pearl tapioca, so I make this drink with different fruits.I used peach liqueur this time. If you are making this for kids or people who don't like alcohol, you can omit it.
