Ingredients

  1. Tamarind
  2. Fresh Ginger
  3. Cloves(kanamfari)
  4. Cinnamon

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Soak cloves in hot water or overnight and that also applies to the tamarind

  2. 2

    Blend the cloves and ginger

  3. 3

    Seive the tamarind water in to a pot and add more water, add the blended ingrediens, then add cinnamon (it is optional thou) and lastly and sugar

  4. 4

    Put to boil and seive... you can still add more water before taking if you wish

  5. 5

    Enjoy
