Heat a kadai and put the khoya in it and stir it continuously. When the khoya gets brown colour then add sugar in it and stir it continuously.

When the mixture gets chocolaty colour then turn off the flame. Put the mixture in a tray and set it and spread the sugar balls on the barfi. and cut the barfi in square shape.
