Ingredients

  1. 5greenhouse cucumbers (sliced)
  2. 1white onion (thinly sliced)
  3. 1green bell pepper (julienned)
  4. 1red bell pepper (julienned)
  5. 3garlic cloves (thinly sliced)
  6. 3 3/4 cupswater
  7. 4 1/2 cupswhite vinegar
  8. 2 1/4 cupswhite sugar
  9. 1 tbspdill

Cooking Instructions

    Combine all vegetables

    Mix water, vinegar, sugar, and dill together

  3. 3

    Add vegetable mix

  4. 4

    Allow to sit at least 24 hours
