Ingredients

2-3 servings
  1. 2medium zucchini
  2. 1small onion
  3. 1egg
  4. 5 tbspflour
  5. salt, pepper
  6. sour cream

Steps

  1. 1

    Grate the zucchini and drain them.

  2. 2

    Put all the ingredients (except sour cream) in a bowl and mix.

  3. 3

    Form fritters on a skillet, and fry them on both sides for a few minutes.

  4. 4

    Serve hot with sour cream.
