2-3 servings

2medium zucchini
1small onion
1egg
5 tbspflour
salt, pepper
sour cream

Steps

1

Grate the zucchini and drain them.

Put all the ingredients (except sour cream) in a bowl and mix.

Form fritters on a skillet, and fry them on both sides for a few minutes.

Serve hot with sour cream.
