Summer of '69 Breakfast in bed at Woodstock Granola/ Happy Hippi

Just an old recipe a friend gave me many years ago found it on a piece of paper in an old book. I forgot I even had it.
At Woodstock, they wasn't prepared for so many people, everything sold out of food water.
No one had hardly any food with them, so someone started serving Granola there.
My youngest daughter called it Happy Hippie Trippy Treat. #mycookbook

Granola-rama (pan-roasted granola) Granola-rama (pan-roasted granola)
This recipe was inspired by my visit to a friends house. I wanted to whip-up this for breakfast, but at the absence of an oven this is a perfect alternative. I always love granola weather it is in a bar or home-made in zip-locked bag. I love the taste of spices as well as the crunch I get from the roasted oats and the fresh fruits. This is an excellent snack and breakfast since it gives you your daily dose of fiber and vitamins. It also keeps you full for a long time. So I hope you guys would try my recipe and love it like I do. chef.serolf -

Granola is a healthy option for breakfast or a snack between main meals. It's simple to prepare, and you can substitute or add your favorite nuts. Tropical Granola Tropical Granola
Anyone who knows me knows that granola is one of my specialties and a highlight in my healthy and inclusive cooking: it can be prepared in no time with a few simple ingredients that are easy to find, and you can customize it to your liking by adding nuts, dried fruit, chocolate chips, various seeds, and spices. It's definitely healthier than store-bought versions! It's suitable for those with celiac disease (if made with gluten-free grains) or lactose intolerance, and it can even be vegan if you choose a natural sweetener other than honey, like maple syrup. In short... it's practically a blank canvas on which you can paint anything! Once you try it, you won't go back, I guarantee it personally! 😍💪 Daniela InnamoratiTranslated from Cookpad Italy -

My family doesn’t eat a lot of granola, but when we do, I prefer homemade. I like to use it as a topping for Greek yogurt, but I’ve also been known to grab a handful as a snack. 😋#Breakfast #Cereal #Healthy Chris Gan -

At the end of every meal at the restaurant Eleven Madison Park, in Manhattan, guests are presented with a small gift: a jar of granola for the following day’s breakfast. Easy Stovetop Granola Easy Stovetop Granola
I love granola, but sometimes it can be tedious and time consuming to make. And oftentimes, I'm the main one in the house eating it, so I don't like to make up huge batches. I came across this recipe that not only makes a smaller batch, it's also done in 10 minutes without turning on the oven. It's fully customizable, so use whatever ingredients you'd like. The combination pictured above is walnuts, pecans, almonds, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries and golden raisins. Recipe adapted from Clean & Delicious @ YouTube. Christina
