Ingredients

  1. 2Sandwich Bread slices
  2. 2boiled Potatoes
  3. 1cheese cube
  4. 4 spoonsboiled corn
  5. 2 spoonsbutter
  6. as per tasteSalt
  7. 2 spoonsspring onion
  8. 2green chillies
  9. 1 spoongreen coriander
  10. 1/2 spoonchilli flakes
  11. 1/2 spoonoregano

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes and mash them, add corn, finely chopped spring onion, chilli, coriander, grated cheese, salt, chilli flakes and oregano and mix it well.

    Mix 1 spoon butter also, Spread the potato mixture in bread slices and fried it in the nonstick pan, spread the butter and fry it.

    Turn it and fry then Cut it in 4 pieces and serve with tomato sauce.
