Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsMutter
  2. 100 gmsMilk powder
  3. 150 gmsSugar or as per taste
  4. 1 tspGhee
  5. 1/2 tspElaichi powder
  6. as neededSilver foil to garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and coarsely grind fresh green mutter.

    Now heat thick bottom pan. Add ghee.

  3. 3

    Add mutter and cook for 10 mins on low flame.

    Now add sugar and milk powder.

  5. 5

    Mix well. Keep stirring till mixture gets thicken and leaves the pan.

    Take out on greased thali. Spread it evenly. Put silver foil. Press it little.

  7. 7

    Let it rest for 5 mins. Cut it into desired shape.

  8. 8

    Enjoy delicious mutter barfi.
