Ingredients

  1. 2.2 poundscarrots
  2. 1 bowlshredded coconut
  3. 1 1/2 bowlsmilk
  4. 1 bowlsugar
  5. 1 bowlkhoya (milk solids)
  6. 2 teaspoonsghee
  7. 1 teaspooncardamom powder
  8. as neededChopped cashews and almonds

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and clean the carrots, peel them, and cut them into small pieces. Coarsely grind them using a mixer grinder.

    Heat ghee in a pan and add the carrots. Cook on high heat until the water evaporates.

    Add shredded coconut and sugar, and let it cook on low heat until the water dries up. Then add cardamom powder and khoya, and mix well.
