  3. As neededdry fruits for garnish
  4. 2 tspPure ghee
  5. 4 tspsugar

Cooking Instructions

    Heat ghee in a pan add cooked carrot halwa, khoya and sugar mix it.

    Now grease a plate with oil and carrot halwa mixture.

  3. 3

    Keep is minute into refrigerator.

  4. 4

    Now cut into small pieces like burfi and garnish with chopped dry fruits.
