  1. 2 cupgrated ghiya/lauki/bottleguard
  2. 1/2 cup ghee
  3. 1/2 cup milk
  4. to tasteSugar acc
  5. 1/4 cupDry fryits
  6. 1/4 cupCoconut powdsr

Cooking Instructions

    In a deep pan add ghee

  2. 2

    When ghee is hot add squeezed ghiya into this..

  3. 3

    Saute ghiya in ghee on low flame For 15-20 mins

  4. 4

    Now add sugar And Coconut powder and cook for 5 mins

  5. 5

    Now add dry fruits

  6. 6

    Transfer inti greased tray

  7. 7

    Bring to room temp. And cut into pieces
