Spinach paneer momos

Here is a healthier twist to the original recipe by making the dough replacing the all- purpose flour with wholewheat flour and adding spinach to it..Stuffed with the goodness of green vegetables and protein-rich paneer,Spinach Paneer Momos is a delectable yet healthy recipe!! .

Cooking Instructions

Combine all the ingredients for the dough and make a soft pliable dough(use water if needed).

Heat a pan.Add oil and grated paneer.Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
- 3
Make small balls of the dough and stuff in 1 tsp of paneer filling giving the shape of momos.
- 4
Steam the momos in a idli maker and serve hot with schezwan sauce.
