Steps
- 1
Soak sabudana for 5-6 hours or overnight
- 2
Add sabudana in a chopper and make coarse paste ~ dough consistency. Add salt to it and cover!
- 3
In a chopper add coriander, green chilies and ginger! Blend until everything comes together and form coarse mixture!
- 4
Dry roast peanuts and peel the skin off! Transfer into mortar and pestle and make it into coarse powder.
- 5
Now in a bowl add shredded paneer, prepared coriander ginger chili mixture along with salt to taste & dry roasted peanuts. Mix everything well and form small uniform balls.
- 6
Now grease palms with ghee and take sabudana dough and flatten it. Repeat the process so you have two of them.Put paneer peanut ball in the middle and cover it with second sabudana disc. Now seal the edges and make it a round momo shape. Repeat the process.
- 7
Steam the prepared balls for 15-20 minutes or until it gets cooked. Sabudana balls will get transparent once cooked. Let it cook a little for 2-4 minutes and serve hot with green chili oil.
