Ingredients

  • 250grm wheat flour (Maida)
  • 250grm Cheese
  • 1medium size chopped onion
  • to tasteSalt
  • As neededblack peper powder
  • Aa neededoil for deep fry
  • As neededwater (1 glass)

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan put into oil and heat into sim flame.

  2. 2

    Other side take a bowl. put into Maida, 1 tbl. spoon salt and add water and mix well and make dough.

  3. 3

    Other side take other bowl and put into crush cheese, onion,salt and black peper powder and mix well. (if u want spicy put into chopped green chilli.)

  4. 4

    Now all things are ready to fry.

  5. 5

    Now take dough and make small balls.

  6. 6

    After that take rolling pin and pressing balls with that.(roti jsa bnae).

  7. 7

    Now filled it with cheesy mixture.

  8. 8

    And close it with the help of hands and water.do it completely close.

  9. 9

    Then make all balls and deep fry 1 by 1.

  10. 10

    When it's colour change into brown colour.then put out all balls.

  11. 11

    Now it is ready to serve with myoniese and Garlic chutney.
