Ingredients

  1. 2bread slices
  2. 2potatoes boiled
  3. 2Green chilli chopped
  4. 3 teaspoonscoriander leaves chopped
  5. as neededOil
  6. Pinchturmeric
  7. 1/2 tspGaram masala
  8. 1 tspGinger paste
  9. as per tasteSalt
  10. forbatter:
  11. 3/4 cupflour
  12. Pinchturmeric powder
  13. Pinchred chilli powder
  14. 3/4 teaspooncarom seeds
  15. as neededSalt
  16. as neededWater

Cooking Instructions

    Heat 1tsp oil in a pan and sauté ginger,green chilli coriander leaves until smells good.

    Add garam masala,chilli powder, turmeric powder.

    Then add mashed boiled potato,salt. cool it.

    Arrange 2 bread slices on a chopping board.

    Place the potato mix on slices and cover each slice with another one.

    Press gently and cut into 2 triangle.set these aside.

    Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.

    In the mean time prepare batter.mix the flour, carom seeds, salt,red chilli powder.Pour sufficient water to make a thick batter

    Place each cut slice in the batter and drop gently in the hot oil.

    Fry it until golden brown.

    Serve the bread chop hot or warm with green chutney or sauce.
