Ingredients

  1. 10bread slices
  2. 4-5potatoes
  3. 2onions
  4. 100 gramgreen peas
  5. 2 tsp oil for making filling
  6. As neededoil to deep fry
  7. 1 tspsalt
  8. 1tsp red chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tspGaram masala power
  10. 2green chilli
  11. As neededcorriender leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the potatoes and peel them

  2. 2

    Mashed potatoes and mix with boiled green peas and chopped green chilies, ginger and corrinder leaves

  3. 3

    Fry chopped onions and mix potato mixture and all spices in it

  4. 4

    Now wet the bread slice and put 1 tap potato mixture in it and close it to give shape of bread roll

  5. 5

    Deep fry till golden and crispy

  6. 6

    Now it is ready to serve
