Soya keema wrap (chinese style)

Soya keema wrap in Chinese style is the result of my undying love for keema and Chinese food.
#gharkakhana
I can eat keema (minced chicken/mutton) twice or thrice a week. sounds crazy right? But obviously it's not that healthy specially the red meat. So, I thought of switching red meat with soya granules and now, I don't have to depend only on chicken and eggs, as soya is very high in protein and has many health benefits.
About almost 2 years back, when I tried this recipe for the first time, I just loved it and trust me, I'm still not bored of it. This recipe is the most awaited one as all my friends are dying to taste it again since, they tasted it for the first and last time. Last because I never made it again for them! hahaha.. they can and will surely relate.

If you thicken the mixture well with the potato starch, it should hold together. If you season the meat, it will go very well with the lettuce. Recipe by Pukuttopukumaru cookpad.japan -

Veggie wrap Veggie wrap
When I first started eating a vegan diet I lost a lot of weight very quickly. The main reason for this was that I didn't know what to eat. I have been trying to find easy quick snack ideas to take for lunch or make at home on the go. This one was just a mix of things I found on the shelf and turned out really good. You can mix any veggies you have, I haven't found one that doesn't taste good yet. Jeff -

Also, I used a rather large frying pan to make this so you can use a smaller pan to make more smaller ones or just make 2 biggons! Jinj
