Leek & Shiso Pork Wraps with Soy Sauce and Butter

I received lots of pork as a gift.
If you wrap the meat up this way, it's much faster than making individual wraps and it actually looks nicer too. The flour that's sifted on secures the meat wrap and keeps it from unraveling. For 2 servings. Recipe by Blue-Island

Steps
- 1
Slide the pork slightly as you align them on your workplace. Place shiso leaves and leek on top (as above). Sift flour lightly with a tea strainer. Wrap up tightly (press out any air).
- 2
Heat a modest amount of vegetable oil in a pan. Roll the pork wrap around and cook until brown. Add sake and cover the pan. Steam-fry over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes (the leek will cook thoroughly).
- 3
Mix the butter and soy sauce with the pork wrap to finish. Slice into bite-sizes and enjoy.
