Ingredients

  • 1/2cauliflower, cut in bite size
  • Sauce base
  • 1 tspchilli flakes
  • 2 tbspsriracha sauce
  • 2garlic cloves peeled and minced
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 4 tbspbrown sugar
  • 3 tbsplight soy sauce
  • 2 tbspdark soy sauce
  • 2 tbspketchup
  • 1 tbsprice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsptamarind paste or lime juice
  • 1 tbspfish sauce
  • Pinchground white pepper
  • Garnish
  • Roasted dry chilli
  • Crispy shallots
  • leavesCoriander

  1. 1

    Blanched cauliflower in boiling water for a few min until they just cooked. Rinse and transfer to mixing bowl.

    Mix up your sauce base in a small saucepan and cook in medium low heat for about 5-8 mins until sauce thicken up.

    Mix your sauce in the mixing bowl together with cauliflower.

    Serve in a bowl, garnish with crispy shallots, dry roasted red chilli and coriander leaves.
