Ingredients

2:30 hours including marination
Serving for 9 persons
  1. 9Mutton chops
  2. 2 tbspGinger garlic paste
  3. Salt(according to your taste)
  4. 1 tbspSonf
  5. 9-10Potatoes (boiled and mashed)
  6. Coriander leaves 1 cup(choped)
  7. 1 tspGaram masala powder
  8. 1 tspCoriander powder
  9. 1 tbspChilli sauce
  10. 1 tbspSoya sauce
  11. 2 tspChilli flakes
  12. Tikka boti masala (1 tsp for potato mixture)
  13. Tikka masala (3 tbsp for mutton chops marination)
  14. Bread crumbs(for coating)
  15. 2eggs (beat it nicely)
  16. Oil (for deep frying)

    Step 1:add mutton chops,sonf,salt and ginger garlic paste in pressure cooker,boil it for 15-20 minutes,,, after that let them cool down,and start marination,,,for marination add chops,tikka masala powder,salt,coriander powder,garam masala powder in a bowl,mix it nicely,and cover it and leave it for half an hour in fridge.

    Step2:Now take a bowl add boiled mashed potatoes,salt,garam masala powder, coriander powder,Tikka masala powder,chilli flakes,coriander leaves,soya sauce,chili sauce in it and mix it well,,,,,now cover half chops with potato mixture,,,and coat it with eggs and bread crumbs(for making more crispy add double coating).

    Step3:Now heat up oil for deep frying on medium to high flame,now fry potato chops in it,and deep fry it,after it turns into golden brown,dish out it and serve with ketchup.
