Ingredients

  1. 100 gWhole wheat
  2. 1/2 cupJagerry(gur)
  3. 1/4 cupDry fruits
  4. 4,5Dry dates(chuwara)
  5. Desi ghee/ clarified butter 1/4th cup
  6. 2 tbspCrushed coconut
  7. 1 tspCardamom powder(choti ilachi powder)

Cooking Instructions

    Soak whole wheat over night

  2. 2

    Cut dry dates in to halves a the discard the seed

  3. 3

    Boiled soak wheat with 2 cups of water. Until it tender. (If u want to do it in pressure cooker. Boil it till 5 whistles)

  4. 4

    Heat the desi ghee/butter. Fry the dry fruits. When raisins are double in size,add Jaggery.

  5. 5

    When jaggery melts add boil wheat (with it's remaining water)and cardamom powder
    bhunify it till water evaporates

  6. 6

    Take out in dish and garnish it with crushed coconut
