  4. Whole garam Masala

  10. 12-15Lal gol mirch
  11. 1 cupOil
  12. Coriander leaves 3 to 4 tbsp
  13. 2 tbspGinger Julian
  14. tbspGarlic Julian
  15. 1 tspCoriander Powder
  16. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

35 to 40 minut

    Heat the oil

    Add whole garam masala

  3. 3

    Also add Ginger and garlic fry it

  4. 4

    Then add slice onions and fry not golden transparent

  5. 5

    Also add Lal mirch mix very well

  6. 6

    Add mutton mix to all

    Add salt to taste

    Coriander powder

  9. 9

    Then add 2 to 3 Glass of water

  10. 10

    And cover it for at least 20 to 25 minutes or until meat is tender

    Meat is tender so put flame is high and string continue oil are spread

    Also add beaten curd and mix countinuesly

  13. 13

    Then add green chilli chopped

  14. 14

    Add coriander leaves and nice mix

  15. 15

    Mutton stew is ready
