Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 1.5 kgoxtail (fat trimmed)
  2. 1 Tbscracked pepper
  3. 3 tspchopped garlic
  4. 2 tspchilli flakes
  5. 1 Tbschicken booster
  6. 1brown onion roughly chopped
  7. 2tomato cut in to 4 or 8 pieces
  8. 2-3potato cut in to 3 or 4 pieces
  9. 500 gPak choy
  10. 4bay leaves
  11. 4cardamom seeds
  12. 4cloves
  13. to tastesalt
  14. enough water to cover meat

Cooking Instructions

    Trim fat off oxtail

    Heat 2 Tbs of vegetable oil to a large pot. add bay leaves, cloves & cardomon. Stir till fragrant.

    Add pepper, 1/2 the chilli flakes and the oxtail. Brown the oxtail do not fully cook.

    Add all ingredients to pot and add enough water to cover everything.

    Bring to boil and let simmer for 2-3 hours. Till meat is tender.
