Cooking Instructions

Prepare 2 slices of bread, put the filling on one side then put another plain bread on top of it. Softly press the edge to make sure the filling won't spill out.

Beat the egg, season it with salt.

Soak the bread in the beaten egg on both side.

Warm up the pan in low heat, melt the butter.

Fried the soaked bread in low heat until both sides are turn golden brown. Set aside.

Melt the butter again. Slice the banana and put in the pan for 1 minute. Or until it caramelized.

Put the caramelized banana on top of bread and pour some honey.

I had lots of chocolate left over from Valentine's Day, so I topped it on my breakfast toast.If mincing the chocolate is too much trouble, it's fine to just break it up and place it on the bread. The banana will melt better if it's sliced.It's definitely tastier if you spread margarine on the bread.
