put the oven on 8

one ripe banana/smashed

add a top filled of oil

add the smashed bananas

cook for 10 minutes

when done pour grease out

set in the freezer for 10 minutes

toast the bread

add penut butter

then add the smashed bananas

then enjoy :-):-):-):-)
