Cucumber mojito

when lm vacation to japan with my lovely friends, in the night l maid mojito for them and nicely with mixed salted nuts.

My wife loves Mojitos, but does not like getting a mouthful of mint leaves with every sip. This recipe retains the mint flavor without the side salad of the traditional Mojito.

Recently, I learned how to make a delicious and easy drink that I want to share with you all :) On the right is the ume drink, and on the left is the mulberry drink I tried making :D

Best summer drink. Had it at a friends house but he made his with ginger ale. And I think called it a Castro. This however is how they made it in Penticton with signature vodka. I like it with white rum much better. Double the recipe as this is just for one person.

I gave instructs for the alcohol version first followed by non. I add more club sofa (not following the recipe) then I do ginger ales because I don’t like a lot of sugar sometimes and it is still great. I talk about both because while I always have carbonated water I do not always have ginger ale and it is super easy to grab mint from my tiny herb garden.

I made this drink with fresh orange juice. It's very refreshing and provides relief from the heat.

I drank this at kfc but this was expensive. I make this at home oftenly. This is v good drink in summers. #eidkaypakwan
