Ingredients

  1. 3Eggs
  2. 2Tomatoes
  3. 1Potato slices
  4. 1medium Onion chopped finely
  5. 2green chillies chopped
  6. 2 ClovesGarlic(paste)
  7. 1 inchginger piece (paste)
  8. 1/2 tspSalt as per taste
  9. 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  10. 1 pinchblack seeds
  11. 1 tsproasted crushed Coriander
  12. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  13. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  14. 1/2 tspRed Chili powder
  15. 1 tsproasted crushed Cumin
  16. 1 tspdry fenugreek
  17. 2 tbspnyoghurt
  18. 3 tbspnOil

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a skillet or pan Add Cumin seeds, chopped Onion and cook.

    Then add ginger,garlic paste and cook well.

  3. 3

    Now add roasted crushed Cumin,red chilli powder and crushed coriander.

    Add black pepper powder,dry fenugreek, and garam masala powder and cook.

    Then add 2 tbspn yoghurt cook well.

  6. 6

    Now spread Potato slices on onion masala and sprinkle salt.

  7. 7

    1 green chilli cut into small pieces and spread on potato slices add tomatoes puree on it.(ma tomatoes ly ke freeze kar laiti hun jab use krna ho skin utar ke pees laiti hun). Then cover and cook for about 10 minutes or until potatoes tender.

    Crack your eggs and add them add green chilli pieces and sprinkle black pepper powder on it.

    On low flame cover the skillet and allow the eggs to cook briefly until the whites are settled.

    Serve hot with parath and bread. Enjoy 😋
