Heat pan add butter cardamom, cloves, daalchini saute it for few seconds than add onion saute till soft add tamatoes saute till soft add salt, melon seeds, cashew nuts and water.. Let it cook for 5-7 minutes than switch off the flame and let it cool completely.. Put them in a mixer grinder and make a smooth paste

Heat butter in an pan add cumin seeds, bay leave, red chilli powder, turmeric powder saute it for 2-4 seconds add the paste we have prepared.. cook it nicely add cream and mix nicely..

Once the mixture turns smooth and silky add paneer cubes mix them let it cook for 4-5 more minutes..

Add coriander leaves and cream for garnishing..

Sahi paneer is ready to eat.. Serve with naan or chapati..
