Cooking Instructions

Mix flour with salt & oil then gradually add water to make knead it properly to get soft dough.. now give it resting time of 30 minn..

Make small paera round balls with this dough..

Roll the paera with rolling pin don't add too much flour khuski during rolling otherwise roti become hard..

Place this round roti on already hot pan Tawa..

Flip the roti after 30 seconds then flip it one to two times..

Now cook it on direct flame on both sides..

Garama garamhot roti ready to serve eat it with gravy salan or as it is..
