#joy... Roti is a compulsory food items of our daily meals .. It's made up of wheat and very good for health.. In my family we use to eat roti in lunch as well as dinner and we eat whole wheat flour (chakki ka Atta) for roties as it's healthy and it's remains soft... I made roti for the first time when I was 15 years old but unfortunately it was a bad experience but everyone appreciate me for that roti 😀but now is can make a perfect roti 😍... Tip:for making a good roti it's dough must be not to much soft and not too much hard so it should be medium so you can make a perfect roti out of it...

Cooking Instructions

Dough preparation:At first for preparing dough add flour (chakki ka Atta) in a big bowl then add salt in it and then add water little by little and mix it well to get all dough together and once the dough get together then knead it with pressure with your fingers and put aside

So at first take a small portion of dough and make a small circle out of it.. Then press it with hand and flatten in then dust it with flour

Now roll it gently with a Rolling pin then flip it from one hand to another

Now heat tawwa on medium flame and put the roti over it cook for few second until you see bubbles comes over it then flip it

Now let it cook from another side as well but don't over cook it then with the help of tong put it directly over flame from first side then when first side was done flip to the second side

Then serve...
