Chicken and egg salan /how to make chicken with egg curry

Ingredients

  1. 2big sliced onions
  2. 1 cupyogurt
  3. 1 tspn red chilli powder
  4. 1 tspn salt
  5. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  6. 2-3cloves
  7. 2-3green cardamom
  8. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  9. 2-3boiled eggs
  10. 1 cupoil for cooking
  11. 1 tsp kewra water
  12. Half kg chicken pieces with bones
  13. 1 tbspnginger garlic paste

    First of all in a pot add oil and sliced onion make it golden brown in colour and take it out from the oil

    Then in the same oil add ginger/garlic paste and chicken cook it for 5 minutes

  3. 3

    Then add yogurt and all the masalas and spices and cook it for 10 minutes

    When water reduced little bit then add grinded brown onions which we took out before

  5. 5

    See the gravy if it is thick add half cup of water, gravy should be not bhi thick and not bhi thin

  6. 6

    In the end add kewra water for nice aroma and garnish with boiled eggs cut into half

  7. 7

    Enjoy with hot naan.
