Chocolate Chip and Cocoa Bread Made in a Bread Maker

My family loves chocolate chips so I decided to try using them in bread.
Try adding chocolate chips plus 40 g walnuts. It'll taste amazing, just increase the water content by 5 - 10 ml. Recipe by mio*.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Put all of the ingredients marked with ☆ in the bread maker. Put the chocolate chips and yeast in the special case and start the bread dough mode.
- 2
Remove the dough from the bread machine, punch it down and split into 10 portions. Roll into rounds and leave to rest for 10 minutes under a well-wrung dish towel. Each round should weigh about 60 g.
- 3
Re-mould the dough into rounds and put 2 each into a bread tin greased with vegetable oil or similar. Cover with a well-wrung dish towel and leave to rise a second time.
- 4
While checking how the bread is rising, preheat the oven to 190℃.
- 5
Once the dough has roughly doubled in size, bake for 13 - 15 minutes at 190℃. The baking time will vary depending on your oven, so keep an eye on the bread.
- 6
If you slice the baked bread like this it will look really cute.
- 7
You can make this bread in aluminium pans too.
- 8
You can also bake it as round bread. They came out perfectly round and very cute.
- 9
Here is a large pull apart loaf of rolls.
- 10
Here is a twisted loaf.

Chocolate Chip Challah Bread Chocolate Chip Challah Bread
Like with most bread doughs, this takes a long time to make. Allow for 5 hours of prep time. *Added* In hindsight, I would have added more chocolate chips. As the bread bakes, the volume doubles, and you really can't have a high enough chocolate chip per bite ratio. pow.shopow -

I don't like the stick-shaped melon bread that's sold in stores since it's usually too moist, so I made a version that is crispy, the way I like it. I also have a recipe for a version without chocolate chips - Crispy Stick-Shaped Melon Bread. If using imported bread flour, use 105 g of water for the bread dough. Please adjust the baking temperature and time depending on your oven. Recipe by itarunrun cookpad.japan -

Made with Chewy Shiratamako! Chocolate Chip Wreath Bread Made with Chewy Shiratamako! Chocolate Chip Wreath Bread
I just wanted to make some tasty bread with the shiratamako I found sitting in the corner of my kitchen and the gigantic bag of chocolate chips that I bought. The chocolate melts! Or so others say, so I added a note to Step 2. Please try it out.You can use wheat flour in place of the shiratamako, but the water is rather cold this season, so it might be better to make it with lukewarm water instead. The dough is a bit sticky, so please sprinkle with flour when shaping. If you don't have a bottom oven rack, then please make adjustments when lowering the temperature from 180°C→160°C while keeping an eye on it. For 18 cm [7.1 in] ring pan. Recipe by Youtank cookpad.japan -
