Milk Bread with Chocolate Chips
These little breads can be enjoyed any time of the day!
Cooking Instructions

In a bowl, mix the warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 10 minutes.

Add the flour, sugar, salt, and eggs. Knead for 5 minutes.

Add the butter pieces and knead for another 5 minutes.

Add the chocolate chips and mix into the dough.
- 5
Cover the bowl and let it rest for 2 hours at room temperature (or in an off oven or microwave).

Divide the dough into pieces (between 12 and 14) and shape them into long rolls. Place them on a baking sheet and let them rest for 45 minutes.

Use scissors to cut the tops of the breads. Brush them with milk.

Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for 10 to 15 minutes until they are golden brown.
