I've been eating yogurt with skim milk powder mixed in for about 5 years now, and I absolutely love it. I've never seen a recipe like my one for tiramisu style yogurt, so I went ahead and uploaded it.

Double the amount of sugar to make it really sweet. It'll really be dessert-like. However, if you don't use any sugar at all the sourness of the lemon will be very pronounced, so add at least 1 teaspoon. Recipe by ayureo

3 tbsp◎Skim milk powder
1 tsp◎Lemon juice
1 tsp◎Sugar
1 tsp◎Instant coffee
1 dashToppings: coffee granules and cocoa powder

Mix together all the ◎ ingredients, and then garnish with the toppings. Garnish with some coffee granules in addition to the 1 teaspoon mixed in to the liquid. Use as much cocoa powder as you prefer.

I love the combination of skim milk powder and yogurt, so I dust on some extra along with the rest of the toppings. It makes the yogurt richer and more dessert-like.
