Ingredients

  2. 1/4 cupvinegar
  3. Water
  4. 2 kgtomatoes

    Take large Pot and add tomatoes in it.

    Fill the pot with water, make sure all the tomatoes dip in the water. Add salt in it.

  3. 3

    Cook the tomatoes for 10 minutes to blanch them.

  4. 4

    After Blanched Rinse with water and peel off the skin of tomatoes and discard the skin.

  5. 5

    After cooled completely blend the blanched tomatoes with vinegar and put into the air tight containers.

  6. 6

    Place into the freezer, can use upto 6th months.
