This is one of the easiest and most delicious meals I've ever had. Like, it's so good, you'll want more than 1 bowl. This recipe is approx for 1 person but can easily double it if need be.

I had homemade pesto alla genovese in the refrigerator. Since I bought mozzarella bufala, I made caprese salad.You can use regular Balsamic vinegar. White Balsamic vinegar is slightly sweeter. Recipe by Brandy
