Cooking Instructions

Cut potatoes and carrots into small cubes.

Pour oil in a pan and add onion slices. When onion becomes whitish in color, add kalonji, rai, methi dana, kar pattas and cumin seeds. Bhonofy them for a minute.

Now, add tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste. Bhonofy them till oil comes out.

After that, add all three vegetables, water(as required) and cook them in a medium flame. When vegetables become tender add green chillies. At last, Bhonofy them till oil comes out.

Dish out the vegetables in a serving bowl and serve with chapati or boiled rice.
