Ingredients

6-8 persons
  1. 500 gmcarrots peel off the skin and cut into small cubes/pieces
  2. 5large potatoes peel off the skin and cut into small cubes
  3. 1 &1/2 cup peas
  4. 6large tomatoes peel off the skin and finely chopped
  5. 1large onion cut into slices
  6. 6green chillies cut into half
  7. 1 tspRai
  8. 1 tspkalonji
  9. Pinchmethi dana
  10. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  11. 1/2lemon
  12. 6-8curry pattas
  13. Salt
  14. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  15. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  16. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  17. 1 cupoil
  18. Coriander leaves for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Cut potatoes and carrots into small cubes.

    Pour oil in a pan and add onion slices. When onion becomes whitish in color, add kalonji, rai, methi dana, kar pattas and cumin seeds. Bhonofy them for a minute.

    Now, add tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste. Bhonofy them till oil comes out.

    After that, add all three vegetables, water(as required) and cook them in a medium flame. When vegetables become tender add green chillies. At last, Bhonofy them till oil comes out.

    Dish out the vegetables in a serving bowl and serve with chapati or boiled rice.
