Cooking Instructions

Add the potatoes and carrot to cold salted (2 tsp) water and then bring to a boil until cooked (carrot will cook earlier than potatoes). Drain and immediately pour in vinegar and mash only the potatoes. Let them cool.

Soak onion and cucumber in cold salted (2 tsp) water for 10 minutes. Drain and squeeze well.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
