Ingredients

  • 1 kgflour
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 4 tbsoil for kneading
  • Oil for filling
  • 1 kgbone less chicken cubes
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 2 tspred chilli
  • 1 tspred chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsginger garlic paste
  • 1 tes roasted and crushed coriander
  • 1 tsproasted and crushed cumin
  • 4 tbsyogurt
  • 1 piececharcoal
  • Green chutney
  • Tamarind chutney
  • Onion rings

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a soft dough of flour and water salt and oil

  2. 2

    Keep the dough for rest at least 1/2 hr

  3. 3

    Marinate the chicken and yogurt red chilli and flakes turmeric salt ginger garlic paste crushed and roasted cumin and coriander seeds

  4. 4

    Keep it for 2 hrs for marination

  5. 5

    Then cook and oil in a big pan

  6. 6

    When soften dry out all the water till oil separated for chicken and masala

  7. 7

    Give smoke and charcoal and it for 10 mints

  8. 8

    Make simple paratha one by one and spread some chicken pieces in the middle along and onions rings and red tamarind and green chutney and yogurt

  9. 9

    Roll these things tightly and paratha served and drinks and enjoy with family and guests
