Ingredients

20-30 minutes
9-10 persons
  1. 20Spring roll sheet
  2. Filling
  3. 250 mgChicken mince
  4. 1/2 cupCabbage (shredded)
  5. 1/2 cupCarrot (shredded)
  6. 1/2 cupCapsicum (shredded)
  7. 1/2 cupSpring onions
  8. 2 tbspOil
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. 1 tspBlack pepper
  11. 1 1/2 tbspSoya sauce
  12. 2 tbsp Vinegar
  13. 1 tbspSesame oil (optional)
  14. 1 1/2 tbspChili garlic sauce

Cooking Instructions

20-30 minutes
  1. 1

    In oil fry chicken mince until done.

  2. 2

    Add all shredded veggies except spring onions. Fry for 5-7 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add spices and sauces. Cook for more 5 minutes. Set aside to cool.

  4. 4

    Now fill this filling in the spring roll sheet and fold as use to fold for rolls.

  5. 5

    Fry at low flame until golden brown colour.
