Ramadan & Dates have a special connection.
It was one of Prophet Muhammad’s (PBUH) favourite and most desired food items. He recommended us to break the fast with fresh or dry dates.
I was searching some good shakes recipes and find out this refreshing and nutritious recipe and my family love it.

Cooking Instructions

Firstly soaked chia seeds (almost half an hour before making)
- 2
Add rest of the ingredients in blender, blend it well
- 3
Add crushed ice in ur serving glass, fill it 3/4 with shake.

Lastly add soaked chia seeds on top. Serve immediately
