Cooking Instructions

Put all of the ● ingredients into a blender and mix for 30 seconds.

Pour the mixture from Step 1 into a saucepan and bring to a boil to evaporate the alcohol.

Place Step 2 into a container and let it cool.

Cover a plate with mizuna leaves or steamed bean sprouts. Cut your choice of grilled steak and place the pieces on top of the vegetables.

Pour the steak sauce from Step 3 over Step 4. Enjoy your beef together with the veggies.

Your steak will be even more exquisite if you put garlic chips on top!
