Passionfruit (or Mango) Cheese Tart Passionfruit (or Mango) Cheese Tart
I got ahold of lots of passionfruit so I made this.Jam takes a lot of effort to make and topping this tart with the passionfruit sauce would make it hard to transport so I decided to add a sauce to the middle of the tart. The color became really beautiful after mixing the passion fruit with egg yolk. The sweet sourness of the passionfruit goes exceptionally well with cream cheese!I made the cream cheese layer as white as possible to help the color of the passionfruit stand out.You could also use mango (fresh or tinned) to create another beautiful and delicious tart.Or you could make the tart with just the cream cheese layer, that also tastes delicious. For Valentine's Day Chocolate Tart For Valentine's Day Chocolate Tart
I made this chocolate tart combining tart pastry, my original brownieand ganache cream.I don't want to make the brownies puffy, so I mix the meringue well to break the air bubbles. If the brownie is still higher than the tart pastry when cooled, slice the top to make it flat. The tart would look prettier if you do this. You can add cocoa powder to make a chocolate tart pastry. Almond Cheese Tart with Plums Almond Cheese Tart with Plums
I love baked tarts (especially ones wth almond cream and fruit on a crispy pastry). I added cream cheese (which I love) and made a filling resembling cheese cake.I thought a tart fruit would suit this sort of tart and I used plums this time. When making the pastry during hot weather, work quickly so as not to let the butter soften. You can use other fruit apart from plums. I like figs or blueberries for this tart but use your favourites. For a 20 cm [7.9 in] tart tin. Recipe by yaburie cookpad.japan -

Nectarine Tart Nectarine Tart
Honestly.... I thought I had plums sitting on the counter because they were such a purplish color. It wasn’t until I was peeling the stickers off that I noticed they were nectarines. Either way, I was determined not to let them spoil. I made this tart... but added a crumble like an apple crisp. *** Also, if you have leftover crust. Make cookies. Karl -
